The story behind The Beach @ Bracklesham
The Beach @ Bracklesham is the latest restaurant adventure from Dave, Jamie and James – three water sports lovers with a passion for bringing people together, creating community hubs and serving delicious food. A beachside restaurant for people who love the sea, owned by people who love the sea.
Fast & Fresh
United in their love of the sea – and their addiction to all things water sports – Dave, Jamie and James have turned their passion for the beach into a restaurant concept. The Beach @ Bracklesham is their latest venture – where great food, brilliant people, awesome partnerships with local businesses and the local community come together to create something special.
Après-Surf Concept
Forget the ski slopes, there’s nothing quite like that post-sea dip feeling. Whether you’ve been kiting, swimming, paddling or stomping with the dog. At The Beach, we’re on a mission to serve seasonal food that you want to tuck into après surf.
The Team
The dynamic duo of James and our General Manager, Caroline, lead the charge with the epic team we’re building at The Beach @ Bracklesham – vibrant, full of energy, united by a love of the sea.
Things get pretty busy in the summer, so you’ll often find us behind the bar, waiting inside the restaurant or dishing up fish & chips by the bucket-load on the beachfront. Come winter, we’re stoking the log burner and watching the sun rise with a fresh tray of croissants.
Creating a community hub
We’re on a mission to celebrate our local community and create a true ‘hub’ to bring people together. From partnerships and events run alongside local businesses to supporting sea swimming groups and getting stuck into the water sports scene, you can check out our constantly growing events calendar here.
